The plot and house are located in Nad Drahání St in Brnky in Prague-East, in the area of Drahaňské Valley. The house is situated beneath the crest of the hill to maintain the unspoiled panoramic view of the valley. The two-storey house is intentionally austere; the basic composition is a cantilevered rectangular prism. The structure incorporates architectural concrete, Finnish marine plywood, the colour black, stainless steel and glass.

At the wishes of the investor, the interior is furnished with atypical furniture combined with seating from renowned firms such as Vitra and Mascani. Lighting is from Deltalight and LucePlan.
