The Functionalist villa from the 1930s is situated in the Jevany villa quarter, on a plot with mature coniferous and deciduous trees and a view of the local pond. The villa underwent a complete reconstruction that fully respects the original architecture. Changes are made to accommodate the demands of modern living. The ground floor of the three-storey villa features the entrance hall, guest room, bathroom, a men’s lounge with a wine cellar, and the utility room. The first floor has an open plan living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a TV room and a kitchen with pantry. The master bedroom with a closet and en suite bathroom, two children’s rooms, a closet and bathroom are located on the second floor.
