Humpolec – Urban design of Podhrad housing development

The urban study of the ‘Podhrad’ site in Humpolec verifies the utility of the given area. The study addresses the placement of family houses on plots with at least 800 m2. The land is owned by the town. The development calls for 11 family houses served by an arterial road. The urban structure is determined by the regular setback of the house, rhythm of repetition and clearly defined street line. The development is strictly regulated (roof shape, built-up area) given the exceptional nature of the site.
