SUNSEEKER boat showroom

The basic urban design is based on two rectangular prism masses assembled into an L and operationally connected. Building A – a two-storey hall – is a prefab reinforced concrete frame clad in architectural reinforced concrete prefab panels. The building has a striking glazed front on the north side, where sales and the boat showroom are located. The building is composed of sales, administrative, storage and technological sections, including a carwash.

Building B – administrative section – is distinguished from the hall by its smaller scale. The building is clad in black aluminium composite panels combined with aluminium perforated sheet metal on the south facade, which also serves to shade the French windows.
