The shell of a house in critical condition (partially burnt out) that stood on the plot was demolished before construction commenced on the newly designed family house. Located in an existing housing development, the site is easily accessible from the centre of town. A public road runs along the western border, while the rest of the plot is surrounded by other private properties. The two-story house with a flat roof stands in the western part of the plot. The basic floor plan is a 10.5 x 19.2 m rectangle, and the maximum height of the house in 6.5 m. An indoor pool is attached to the house in the garden. Photo: Iveta Kopicová
