The house with a rectangular floor plan is a simple rectangular prism divided by incisions for terraces offering varying degrees of privacy. The upper floor of the two-storey house is set back. The ground floor with living spaces opens to the garden and terrace on the west side through massive glazing. The upper floor private zone with bedrooms for the entire family has a smaller floor plan, and the resulting setback creates a covered gallery and terrace. The house is designed as a two-story structure with classic masonry walls combined with steel posts. The triple glazing on the ground floor is set in aluminium frames, whereas the window frames on the upper floor are plastic.
