The expansion of Hranipex operations abroad necessitated the growth of the logistics team in Slovakia. Capacity: warehouse 2,400 m2, offices 740 m2. The single-floor building has a height of 510 cm at its lowest point. A build-out of light construction located in only one corner of the building houses the technology (substation, switchboard, boiler, etc.). Used exclusively as a warehouse, the hall has a steel frame, double-bay construction in a regular six-metre grid with internal supports every 12 m. The building has light cladding with PUR panels. The administrative building is designed as a single-floor, reinforced concrete monolithic frame with a regular six-metre grid. The basic design and materials of the building are based on the ‘home’ facility in Komorovice.
